• Led a successful DBMS migration of 8 critical ticketing and payment services from SQL Server to AWS RDS PostgreSQL, improving scalability and database performance.
• Architected and deployed scalable, cloud-based Ticket Reissue and Reshop systems to automate retries for failed transactions, integrating seamlessly with third-party partners and airlines.
• Ensured code quality, security, and compliance by conducting thorough code reviews, implementing secure coding practices, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

February 2022 - February 2024

• Developed high-performance scalable APIs and ETL pipelines for ticketing and payment processing systems using Golang and Python.
• Resolved a critical production issue while on call, preventing potential losses of up to $2.5 million.
• Automated AWS resource provisioning using AWS CloudFormation and Jenkins, integrated with GitHub for streamlined CI/CD deployment.
• Collaborated on an NLP-based query system, developing a Python API to translate natural language into optimized SQL queries.
